CompassAir Web SnP Guide
This guide is for users of the CompassAir (web version) SnP module.
Where it is felt that additional training would be beneficial, bespoke packages can be provided for both individual users as well as groups. Please contact solutions@thinkcompass.io for more information.
1.1 #1 WORKFLOW – I WANT TO CREATE A PE FROM A SOURCE EMAIL
1. Where a PE has not been created automatically from a source email (e.g. CompassPulse is not being used), a PE can be easily created manually by clicking on the PE icon underneath the email subject. This opens a new window in which the button “Add New PE” can be clicked
2. Details of the PE can then be entered from the email (the buyer and contact details, if any, are automatically entered)
