♦ General Messaging
Message Editor – Changing the visibility of recipients for small circulars
Users of the Mobile App can now change the visibility of recipients for small circulars (i.e. those with up to 20 recipients).
In a new message select “Circular” for the recipients, then search for the Circular that is required. Once selected, the recipients will be, by default, entered into Bcc. Having selected the recipient whose visibility the user wants to change, a pop window allows the user to move the recipient to To, Cc or to edit or delete the address.
Messages – Schedule the time and date for sending message
The message editor now allows users to schedule a date and a time for messages to be sent.
Messages – Auto Bcc when sending from a user’s personal mailbox
The Mobile App adopts the same functionality as CompassAir web in that it automatically adds in BCC predefined email address(es) when users send messages from their personal mailbox.
Calendar Events
The Mobile App can handle calendar events created by MS Teams, Outlook etc..
